-Company does NOT care about its people (401k match is a joke, Health Insurance is not good at all .) -Employee Engagement Surveys are just a smoke screen that is used to make new hires think they are truly valued, this is just not the case. -Highly disorganized roll-outs of new policies and procedures -Pay is not adequate for many employees living in high cost areas of the country -Management does not listen to its employees and when something is brought up its just lip service.

Man where to begin...They NEED to be investigated in my option. Many questionable circumstances such as pressuring to spray pesticides in over 15 mph winds, pressure to lie about putting product down that was not available, inappropriate comments, bullying, and slander was constant. Overworked, unpaid. Terrible communication. Terrible management. Terrible company. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time. I waited around for a year and some months in hope for promises opportunity or change and that never happened. Only got worse. This company is running itself into the ground. Good luck they are just looking for yes men.
