      Pros

      This is the best company I have ever worked for. They really care about their employees. They spend the money they should to make everyone happy. Their brand new building is amazing and the people are great. You don't walk past anyone in the hall without each of you saying hello. Very bright people and hard working. They truly believe in their values and legacy. The Savage brothers did an amazing job building such a good thing from the ground up.

      Cons

      Some of the pay could be higher. Make sure management has specific training on people skills and positive reinforcement.

      If you call it a pro potential to move up in the company quickly just be expected to pack up all your stuff and family and move across the country to some god forsaken place

      Cons

      Really to many to list they preach safety safety safety. However safety goes right out the window if their is a time crunch or a deadline to meet. Then it is do whatever in the hell it takes to get the job done. Will work you like a slave and pay you that rate to.

      Good money but management and supervisors need to be released from there duties they don't know the first thing about how this facility should be ran the only one who knows anything is Steve walker but management treats him like he ain't nothing we the workers respect him he is the only one who has knowledge of what's going on

      All Management needs to go back where they came from
