Good Work/Life Balance. Not much turnover/stable company. Good corporate philosophy.

Cons

Very conservative ownership. Salt Lake City UT based, with a management philosophy to match. They are not willing to take many risks at all.

Company took care of employees, good wages, good benefits, Noticed that they stood by employees in times of trouble and gave many second chances. Kept good equipment and great effort to keep it running.

Cons

As with many driving jobs Long hours to make the wages. Can't think of anything on the negative side.

Pros

The company is privately held which allows for some creative business development and adherence to the core values of the founders. The founders wanted the business to continue in to provide opportunities for people. The company truly offers many opportunities for folks to do things they never dreamed possible

Cons

As the company grows, there seems to be a tendency for the corporate office to become less in tune with the scattered operations. Not sure how much more they can expand under the current model.
