Decent schedule, pay, and benefits Safety is usually taken seriously

- Extreme favouritism towards people in the inner circle who can break unlimited rules and never be punished - Too many leadership positions are occupied by childish bullies who regularly engage in normalized abuse of employees - complaints are ignored and the worst ones are rewarded and promoted
