Hours home time benefits employees that's all.

Cons

No paid overtime working 60+ hrs a week. In California the speed limit is 55mph. You have to break the law and speed in order to make money. All they care about is getting the loads out.

Savage bows to main line rail roads. Most of the time Savage will shoulder the blame for customer mistakes.

You can travel to a hick town in Utah for training, lots of O/T

Cons

Pasadena TX operations, have no growth and you don't want to work at the Clear Lake Plant, supervisor doesn't know what hes doing,on ego trip and is trouble from the start,VERY HIGH TURN OVER RATE.....
