Pros

Insurance benefits are exceptional, and overtime pay is very good. Company is by the book, but that makes for a good work environment.

Cons

Have to deal with many different egos, both company and railroad.

The company has little or no training for new management. There can be a disconnect from operation to operation in the application of the company core values and managment styles.
