      Best pro I can think of are the people I work with. The benefits are nice also

      Miss management has to be the biggest con. The next biggest con has to be all the empty promises they offer you. There is no room for growth even when you try to grow with the company. There are so many double standards also. Pretty soon they aren’t going to have anyone left in our department.
