Pros

There was nothing good about it.

Cons

Decreased pay, increased responsibilities, endless rules and regulations to an intrusive and impossible extent, a boy's club hierarchy of complete imbeciles and if you are injured at work, they will string you along without medical until they find a reason to let you go.

Pros

Nice coworkers. Decent pay. Manager knows the business.

Cons

Per all employees...Manager doesn't know how to manage. Manager believes males are superior to females. Office not very organized. Very little training given.

Pros

This is a great company for someone early in their career, but don't stay long

Cons

Plenty of expectations, assistance from management comes too little too late. Priorities are unclear and managers tend to be good at distributing blame to avoid responsibility, 2 weeks paid vacation after one year, 3 weeks paid vacation after 10 years; turnover rate is high
