Pros

Salary was good, annual bonuses.

Cons

Company has changed dramatically over the past few years. Management is negative and overworks employees. Favoritism is evident.

Pros

Savage's involvement in a number of diverse industries leads to economic stability not found in many companies; Company culture has a great foundation based on integrity, work ethic, and employee-company balance (but see below); There is a genuine attempt to embrace change.

Cons

Compensation and benefits are behind the curve, especially for lower tiers; There is a very low level of communication between departments and employment tiers; There is a significant lack of career opportunities or development pathways, unless you have an "in" with someone important; Company culture is slowly evaporating; Perception is everything, regardless of work actually being done.
