Pros

Privately held/family owned. Financially solid company. Strong core values. National company with opportunities for field (blue collar) employees to advance. Typical benefits; health care, profit sharing, 401k

Cons

If you are a business professional, be willing to relocate to the corporate office in SLC. If not working in the corporate office, you have little or no chance of significant professional growth, very little input or involvement. BD/sales goals are vague and marketing collateral is none existent. Few senior employees are willing to rock the boat or be innovative for fear being "right sized"
