We work in teams but there's no teamwork. Training is not very good like what the management expects from you. You're just here to take in complaints from clients try to resolve them, get shouted at if you don't, then repeat.

There HR lack the skills in hiring the right people for each job. It's either that, or they are trying to cut costs in employee pay. They don't provide any employee support and any kind of request from the employees are ignored.
