Pros

There are no pros to list for this company.

Cons

The company promised me a raise in base pay after 90 successful days with the company. My performance in my first 3 months was well praised and the raise never came. I was given a verbal guarantee that I would earn 3 weeks vacation and when I noticed I was only earning 2, he denied that he ever spoke to me about it. In the 5 months I was there, I was called to Martin, TN 4 times and kept there, like a hostage, for 3 days. As a sales person, this is counterintuitive to making any progress to grow a pipeline. The primary management micro-manages and feels entitled to be rude and tell you how he is the smartest man in the room just because he founded the company. The sales strategy every 30 days or so. This is a company that touts their Christianity, yet there is little evidence of that in their treatment of their employees.

Pros

Nice working environment. Decent pay for the area, but with the economy improving, salaries are no longer competitive.

Cons

Nasty politics. People pitted against one another. High turnover. Decisions from ownership make no sense. You get the impression that the company is just a front for some bigger agenda. Employees are bought and thrown away like furniture. Favoritism. Very superficial. Not good for the community. No sense of purpose. Overall, just a bad place to work.

Pros

I got a paycheck is the only pro I can think of and there are a few good people there.

Cons

Work ethic means nothing there. The CEO is not a leader. They talk a good talk in the beginning, but it’s all lies. If you are not able to get in the CEO’s little clique, you’re nothing but a peasant to him. He does not appreciate any employee that ACTUALLY does the work. Most of the leadership positions are promoted to people that are unqualified, uneducated idiots that just run their mouth all day, stay on Facebook or abuse the company credit card without any repercussions. Hard to trust anyone there. Turnover rate is ridiculous. You worry every day if you will have a job or not. You will be let go because they’re always “restructuring” without any notification. The most unethical company I have ever worked for. Don’t go to HR to complain about anyone because Nassar will just tell the person and nothing is ever done about it. He likes the chaos. I’m sure the only positive review on this site comes from one of his puppets.
