Paid training, free food, better pay
Cons
We work in teams but there's no teamwork. Training is not very good like what the management expects from you. You're just here to take in complaints from clients try to resolve them, get shouted at if you don't, then repeat.

Pros
There was a bond between trainees during training, then it gets different when you're thrown into the pit.
Cons
Transitioning from training to real work was hard. It wasn't a smooth ride and the training wasn't enough to make the trainees feel ready for real work. Training should be more intensive and focused then make it a step by step process before throwing them in to the pit.
