      Pros

      You will find great people on the shop floor. The company has an outstanding HR manager who is fair and brought great improvement to the structure.

      Cons

      Overall there is no concern to improve and the growth comes mostly from a high value product to a specific nich in high demand. Caos rules production and some few old-timers don't want to improve as they can thrive in this madness, but true talents will struggle. High management demonstrate zero commitment to continuous improvement, and as long as they can bully their KPIs trough the month, that's what it matters. Unsustainable manufacturing practices. Stressful to all.
