Terrible work culture! HR is a joke. Leadership is also full of nepotism and can be unprofessional. Office gossip is rampant everywhere and there’s no semblance of trust amongst peers. Want to get to know your fellow coworkers? Forget it. Social functions were cancelled due to the pandemic but no effort was made to keep up any pretense of company spirit other than through materialism. At the worst of it, you couldn’t eat in the lunch room anyways and it was socially discouraged to eat at your desk, lest a coworker get passive aggressive over the smell of any food in the room. Everybody ate in their car instead, discouraging even more socializing. Considering a job here? Go literally anywhere else.
