Great mission and impact on the lives of children

Cons

Toxic culture, poor leadership, lack of focus, diversity and inability to make decisions. The work environment encourages employees to work in silos, is highly competitive, political and employees will do anything to get ahead. There is no courage or willingness to address bad behavior, bullying, exclusion and poor leadership.

Incredible mission, many talented professionals.

Cons

Leadership/Management. CEO simply cannot make decisions, leading to high turnover among middle and upper management, leading to unstable work conditions and unhappy staff. CIO, CMO, CHRO, VP fundraising, VP digital, VP HR have all defected in past six months. Revenue has been on a slow decline for many years leading to re-orgs/re-structures/layoffs.

Cons

Toxic working environment, bullying, lack of transparency, lack of progress and innovation, the list could go on. Not much has changed over the years and that will continue to be the case with those in current upper level management positions. Without true leadership things will continue to fail.
