Terrible place to work

Pros

They will pay you for your time worked, every two weeks

Cons

Workload is unreasonable. Management is immature and has no people skills or understanding of how to manage their employees or speak to them with any sort of basic respect. Very wasteful. They pride themselves on how much they keep from going into a landfill, but they will throw out perfectly good donations all day long just to get achieve whatever metric they are supposed to hit for that day.

Pros

Fast paced. Easy going team members. 50% off clothing , shoes, bed and bath, and accessories for employees and their qualify family members

Cons

Upper management (including corporate level officers) lack common sense and sound decision making skills. Training program is completely ineffective. Pay rates are to low for the type of environmental exposure and work required.

Pros

Health insurance and Paid time off but you have to be full time and work there 6 months

Cons

Only work here until you can get something else. Dont waste your time like I did. Not a good company to work for.
