Not a great place to work at

Pros

Working hours, is the only good thing out of this place.

Cons

The supervisors and manager push for extremely high and unrealistic numbers from the warehouse workers, which results in many staff members leaving. They like to preach about safety, but in reality, they don’t care. They assign and expect absurdly high targets, especially in the pre-sorting role from a single person. I worked there and was moved to that specific role. My shoulders started developing irritation and pain, but they didn’t care. The low wage doesn’t reflect the amount of work you’re expected to do. This review is a heads up for anyone considering working there. You will initially be lured, and be given a pretentious sense of team work and great working environment during the induction and first few weeks, but will eventually see the issue with the place.
