Great people

Pros

Made friends and ONE person in management is great. The rest are on a power trip.

Cons

Management is a mess and they threaten to let you go over every little thing. Make you feel horrible for not hitting targets when they are unrealistic in the first place.

Pros

Inclusive, good management, flexibility with schedule, great discount, allows individuality, and represents a good cause.

Cons

Unclear of policies at interview and hiring process, you get penalized for requesting days off before schedules are even made if you do not have a doctor's note, even if requested months ahead of time. Also inadequate training for the front end including cashier's and front end management. Low pay.
