Pros

The compensation is reasonable and according to industry standards.

Cons

They do too many meetings and some manages are very sensitive and autocratic. The company is a non-profit organization but they don't seem to act lie one.

I appreciate the feedback. For the record, we are not a non-profit, nor are we a not for profit company; we are capitalists and very much a for profit company. I understand your statement around our over zealousness on meetings currently. These meetings will likely ebb once our 1 and 3 year strategy plans have concluded. SharePoint is in need of an overhaul - that is in flight presently. I am not aware of "very sensitive and autocratic" managers currently, but I'd be happy to discuss this with you. Feel free to stop by and chat with me. - John

Pros

Benefits are great. Employees are are great (some management not included in this)

Cons

Current manager plays favorites, you can get away with murder there if you kiss the managers butt!! Reasons why i quit... -acquired new retail sales manager (Whats NOT Best for business) -Disliked current manager. -annual raises are terrible. -Way too many drug addicts and management doesn't care if they steal or just look the other way. -Supervisors just stay in office and acts like there working. -Forced to sign up people for club cards (4 a day). if you don't you get a write up. You cant force people to sign up, these club cards are a joke. -Certain supervisors will yell at you in front of customers, customers tell me this on a weekly basis always talking about the same supervisor. -If you want to work there for a while its not how well you work its who's butt you kiss..
