      Staff can be great its like a treasure hunt so can be fun

      Cons

      The work load and the type of job doesnt match pay rate. You get paid the same as cashiers while you're in the back doing the dirty work and all the labour.

      You'll come across many different types of items that'll be donated, peaking your curiosity, and giving your mind some engagement, some of these items can give a good laugh. Additionally, you'll be working with people from all walks of life, opening your mind to the diversity out in the world out there. The managers lead pretty well, one of them giving all types of good wisdom on an everyday basis.
