Pros

Work was very straightforward. Included going around the store and accounting for every processing station's garbage bins, unloading and loading donation trucks, and generally assisting the production room where needed. Usually very busy during the day, but production room associates get a lot of free time in the evening, only team members in the back that stay to close. Upper management at my location was very kind and laidback.

Cons

Most of the day is very labor intensive, but you do get to walk and move around compared to processors and cashiers that have to stand in one place for hours. Not much room for growth, mostly everyone at the location I worked at has been there for years. Not much to expect or work with for learning, retail job.
