Good co-workers and decent supervisory staff. Lots of physical activity.

Cons

Poor management and rampant favoritism. Clear issues between front end and production staff and hiring people under false pretenses. Management has no idea how the sales floor works and has no respect for the people working.

wonderful boss-fair and kind all around great person! flexible schedule-it was awesome-totally worked with any appointments or any issues I had. benefits were decent.

Cons

Upper management was micromanagement to the tenth power. Always something big going on but you were never made aware of what was fully going on even though you were in the department and would have to help execute the change. Directions not given clearly or concisely ever and always changing! once we were bought out you knew you were on borrowed time ( organization FKA Nandorf INC./Unique Thrift Store
