Pros

In house management used transparency and trust to elicit high work ethics from employees. Ideas for projects were welcome and supported. Excellent product selection.

Cons

Stores are not given enough resources to make the customer experience better, oftentimes. Also, corporate changes policy and procedures frequently, giving the impression that they lack direction.

Pros

Family feeling at first. Rewarding benefits and development possible for the right individual. The company does alot of good things for the community and does not get everything for free.

Cons

Development takes a long time and sometimes doesn't happen. Loses it's family feel as the company grows. The whole company has become numbers focused and not looking at the individual contribution.
