Pros

The job keeps you busy, making the day go by faster. You learn different areas of the store. And have a chance to grow if your good.

Cons

You don't get paid enough if you're a hard worker. They take advantage of you and depend on you to do everything by yourself with no reward.

Pros

In production you work Mon-Fri 7:30-4, get stat days off with pay, weekends off, get free food occasionally, and store discount.

Cons

Management will gossip about you, not care about you as a person, and you will get paid poorly for the work you do. Favoritism and interpersonal relationships will allow you to climb the company ladder.
