Pros

Fast paced, if you like that kinda stuff. They use the non profit charities to fool people into thinking they are helping a good cause. But the reality is that they are making a fortunes. Savers is a FOR PROFIT company. None of that money helps the community,it goes into the big CEOs pockets.

Cons

I worked here for over 3 years. Started at the bottom and worked my way up to operation mgmt. Supporting mgmt is non existint. Lots of backstabing. I had to beg almost to get a raise. The stores are old and need updating.
