Pros

Full time work with benefits. There is opportunity to grow with the company if you apply yourself. The work is very easy.

Cons

Even though the work is easy, it can be very strenuous and you can get burnt out. Must push yourself physically at times

Pros

Very fast paced environment to make days progress quickly

Cons

Never possible to be good enough. I was a manager and was expected to constantly "performance manage" everyone. In reality if beating employees were acceptable they most likely would want to develop a HR policy to best work that into daily routines. Corporate benefits is extremely shady doing their best to make it impossible to gain any benefits that are available Actual practice is everyone is hired at PT temporary status so if you arent PERFECT with ZERO attendance issues you are out and no way to get anything like unemployment benefits etc For certain work loads and pay are inhumane at best.
