Pros

Stable hours and they are fairly flexible on what hours you can work. Multiple positions to work if you are having trouble in another.

Cons

After 5 years you still make the same as new hires because of minimum wage increases and very small raises. Fast paced and they breath down your neck about making quotas.

Attainable bonuses Great team Company focused on hourly team members

HR selectivity -- being there for some, but not others Dirty, environmentally hazardous. Dust, bedbugs, cockroaches Shady store manager who played out a vendetta undetected or even questioned by HR Gossipy, backbiting team of women Old Production Manager was pretty good, but she got backstabbed all the time ended up leaving Company gives one direction and doesn't allow labor hours to make it feasible expects more and more productivity in less and less time
