Pros

Coworkers Discount They work around your schedule

Cons

Lack of communication Most managers are horrible and don't care The amount of dirt is disgusting They treat staff like they are less Only care about the numbers instead of listening to team members ideas on how to improve the store. they allow customers to be rude to employees When you go to management with problems they brush it off they divide the operation team from the production team when in reality we need to all work together and get along Wow didn't realize how crap-tac-ular this place was until writing everything down

Pros

Paid vacation after six months Opportunity to bonus Co workers are good people Free food on sale days The people i work with are very compassionate and really care about how you're doing and they feel more like real people than just people you work with.

Cons

Filthy work environment customers are pretty sketchy and sometimes rude very speed oriented Not much room to grow Honestly i started out temporary but was kept on. I worked just as hard as everyone else and just as many hours. I found out everyone who was there all quarter would get a bonus. Well, they double bonused. I didn't get said bonus because I STARTED OUT temporary. In my opinion that's cheating me out $300. Also, You qualify for benefits after two months, but if your two months mark is after the open enrollment is over, You have to wait until next year
