Pros

They give you more hours and I get paid more especially during sale days, they give me more hours and I earn bonus money

Cons

Management towards employees is not the best in my experience but it was good for some employees as they train them well and if they like you, they train you well and put you on cash even if you don’t have any experience. They won’t put everyone on cash as I had this experience for myself and other workers. Some of the employees and customers can be rude also
