      Pros

      Coworkers are great, flexible scheduling, cashes are easy to work with(they just updated them), not much customer service.

      Cons

      Supervisors dont have very much patience, different rules and expectations depending on which MOD you have that day, its hare to find a manager when you need one (theyll go upstairs sometimes and ignore you). Theyll bring you in on an on-call shift when theres nothing for you to do, rules change by the week, organization of the store is just... no. Not very good training, and youll get in trouble for not knowing something that was never explained to you. Customers always want you to lower the prices.

      The benefits and full time hours were the only reason I put up with this job for a year.

      It was fast to get hired, but low wages.

      Pros

      It is a relaxed environment with (mostly) friendly people. You know your responsibilities each day you work.

      Cons

      Minimum wage for work that other retail stores pay $11-$14 an hour for. Also, not very flexible in scheduling around college or other jobs.

      Thanks for the kind words about our culture and the clear communication on expectations. Admittedly, the scheduling around school schedules is challenging and not just at Savers. Even though you have chosen not to recommend us, I hope that you can still be a customer and embrace a better world through re-use.
