Pros

The staff discount was rewarding

Cons

Staff and supervisors got away with not being entirely team oriented. Supervisors would pick and choose what 'cultural' group they would communicate with. Unless you were entirely white, filipino, or asian they ignored you. Also, the place was overrun with so many people from other countries that they committed discrimination. They refused be team players and communicated in other languages. Even the supervisors did this even when they were asked to stop.
