Pros

Good people in general. Management pay is good and on par with most other similar places. Attainable bonuses given out quarterly & annually. Overall the part time people were really good.

Cons

District Managers very inconsistent. No clear description for my job, it kept changing based on who was DM. Store Manager unable to stop constantly interfering. Lots of promises on training but rarely are they delivered. Too much paperwork & no time given to do it.

Very low pay, backbreaking work.

Pros

Wonderful coworkers, interesting items, something new everyday.

Cons

Working in the back is physically hazardous and quota demands are high. My trainer was a 'lifer' who, after 12 years with the company, made about 2 dollars over minimum wage.
