Pros

Great upward mobility. Flexible working hours. Plenty of locations to choose from all across the country. The benefits are very good also.

Cons

Information needs to be shared better across individual departments, stores, regions, states and whole company. More flexibility and variety in merchandise pricing structure.

Pros

You work with a great team who all get along. There are always things to do to improve the store and team member engagement. If you work hard, you are recognized.

Cons

Upper management (regional/district) ask respect of us, but can't give it back. Management does not address issues brought up by other managers or team members in a proper or timely manner.
