      Cons

      Work environment is VERY cold in the winter, often falling to ten degrees celcius or less. Management does not fix the situation. I get moved from position to position because I am cross trained, but I dislike this. I used to get paid a wage that reflected my cross training. I am now making minimum wage since the minimum wage was increased.

      - Discounts are really great - Cool co-workers (at my location)

      Cons

      - Some customers can be condescending towards you because you work at a thrift store, so they don't take you as seriously - Depending on location and manager, you might get scheduled for hours that are not within your availability time which makes for an awkward approach to whoever is in charge
