-- Great discounts and staff promotions -- Floor managers are great people and understanding when there is a problem. -- We have really great regular shoppers who connect with the store staff

Cons

-- Schedule is inconstant and frequently late -- Schedule is only released a week at a time ON PAPER! -- Requests off are never guaranteed -- No real discipline when there is problems between cashiers -- SALE DAYS!
