All the co-workers are nice and the work is fairly easy.

Cons

The shifts are scheduled inconsistently. If your floor setting isn't done in time you have to stay later than your scheduled shift.

Pros

A paycheck (though barely). Casual uniform attire.

Cons

No fixed hours (you'll be told you work 7 to 4 and you will not leave work until all work is done for the day), hard on back, shoulders, and feet. Filthy work environment. Production work is basically a sweatshop line. Horrible and intimidating management. The amount of work certainly does not line up with the pay.

Paid milage during training....eventually If I wasn't in my home store I didn't have to wait to buy with employee discount

Cons

Having to sort through other people's trash. Lots of time for training ( 8 weeks for AOM ) but no manager had time to train. Training materials out of date
