Good benefits, fast paced and constant pressure

Pros

Medical and dental coverage, good people to work with, great findings as a consumer, flexible schedule when working at the store part of the business.

Cons

Too much pressure and constant changes, a lot of shoplifters in store making you feel uncomfortable and unsafe a lot of the time.

Great benefits. Flexible hours. Good selection. Helps the environment and the ability to help the community that you work in.

Cons

Regular employees start at minimum wage and expectations on performance is very high. Some managers empower their management team others micro manage. There is no consistency in direction.
