There are pros and cons

Pros

The pro is each store really runs itself. If there is a good management store team the working environment can be pretty good.

Cons

They want everyone hired to be able to advance. The problem is there is not a lot of positions to advance too and it's more about if you are liked than abilities.

everything ! they expect you to do everything like your a machine . i work 8+ hours with only a 30 minute break when im supposed to get 2 , 15 minute breaks and a 30 . horrible place to work ! store manager is terrible to ! has no idea how to run the place and is not friendly at all , she didn't even take the time to meet us when she came.
