Pros
For SDRs with some experience and enjoy outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts, this is a great place to work. They pay extremely well and provide many great tools to help you achieve your goals. You usually work with 3 Sales Directors and gain a ton of experience in the space.
Cons
This is mostly a remote job so if you are not great at working on your own in a remote environment, this may be difficult for you. Also, they are building out their sales enablement processes but you need to be very focused on self training in this remote environment.
