Cons

A wolf in sheep’s clothing. Product upgrades take weeks, demonstrations are individually crafted magic shows. Financially weak, customer dissatisfaction.

The company is growing exponentially so we struggle with growing pains in the area of process management

Pros

Lots of sharing and easy flow of information. The general vibe of the company is open and transparent as far as you are interested to get to the bottom of something. Execs are ready to provide opportunities if they have any open ones.

Cons

Getting a hike can be unnecessarily cumbersome and I have been turned down a couple of times. Removes the incentive of smart work altogether.
