      Organization is making the right investments to grow and win the market. You can still make a difference and shaping the future of the company. Work on a winning product in its category.

      Cons

      Not all processes are in place as expected, so you need to be ready to create, build, and improve things. There's a lot to be improved, not a con, but candidates must see that as an opportunity in order to fit in.

      1. Excellent opportunities to work on cutting-edge identity and access management (IAM), CPAM, AAG etc 2. Fast paced environment that promotes learning and growth. 3. Competitive salary and benefits package. 4. Smart and talented colleagues who are passionate about Cybersecurity and cloud security. 5. Flexible Work culture (Hybrid).

      Cons

      Writing this because this field is mandatory. Sometimes you need to stretch for extra hours during peak project timelines (which is expected and acceptable as per Company's Core Values).

      Overall a good place to work Good work life balance. Fairly well rewarded but some aspects of benefits could be improved to make them more competitive.

      Cons

      Unless you are in the US or India you are sometimes forgotten about.
