Pros

Don't go by the false reviews put here by someone. It is a great company to work with, you are placed in Global Technology park with smartworks infra so you get to play foosbal, pool etc. Canteen as well as self vending machines are there. About the work environment it is super chill with managers helping you out with approaches to any problem. Some times during releases it gets a bit more but I personally am fine with it, because tell me one company where it does not happen. When you are willing to do breaking changes you have to be ready about Accidental breaks. You cannot expect MNC type chill environment, you have to work to learn simple as that. The salary is very competitive and good appraisals & bonuses happened this year as well in spite of corona pandemic. This shows that the company has deep roots and churning profits, hence no. 1 at Gartner list.

None that I can think of now.

No pros I have seen so far...completely waste.

They all are fake people ..they will destroy your career.......lot of politics and more importantly they treat the employee as a slave and no respect towards employee ...very pathetic experience I had ....don't join this company.
