- Good learning environment on latest technologies. - High visibility and great opportunities. - Good bunch of committed engineers. - Product is doing great.

Cons

- Poor work life balance. You have to be always available and on your toes. - Lot of unstructured work causing too much effort and not helping - No clarity on roadmap and projects. Everything runs on adhoc basis. - Management is not bothered about employees. They only care about work and deadlines. - Cannot survive with such culture for a longer period.
