      Pros

      Lightening speed describes the pace. Processes-little to no process in place; management is open to ideas and senior leaders accept feedback and implement change which is refreshing and fosters an environment of inclusion and collaboration. Fantastic, strong product. Cloud born, kicks competition to the curb. Beautiful, modern corporate offices. Welcoming team, everyone is helpful and willing to share. CEO and founder are embracing change and willing to make the necessary changes to move us forward. The company is really good at managing remote teams. Truly an international organization. Work life balance is what you make it...if you allow it you will work 15-20 hour days

      Cons

      Fast growth has left many people behind. You are expected to sink or swim with little guidance. If you are not a self starter/research loving person you will hate it here. Being a small organization the corporate tools are lacking. Seems like most people keep information on their laptops or email.

      Excellent Startup for IGA needs

      Pros

      Great product with highly customization capabilities. Covers all aspects of Identity Governance administration domain. Highly technical work. There were some initial startup issues like company registrations, PF, better office infrastructure etc. which are now resolved.

      Cons

      Currently, there is no HR presence in India and some policies are not very clear for employees.
