      Pros

      You will work with some hardworking and good hearted people in the trenches that will eventually burnout and move on.

      Cons

      It’s disappointing to work in a place where the culture feels more like a marketing tactic than an actual commitment to employees.

      Positive Changes

      Pros

      The Saviynt leadership team has been restructuring the org over the past 6-months, allowing the company to move away from the "start-up" mindset and help fix some obstacles impeding Saviynt's growth. I've seen that a lot of customers are really happy with the newest version of Saviynt. Both the Customer Success and Product teams have put a lot of effort into listening to our customers and making intuitive changes to the product to alleviate past stresses that our customers were facing. I've been working at Saviynt for some time now, and it's exciting to see the recent changes within the company. They have launched a lot of great programs internally and I know it will bring nothing but positive change for the future.

      Cons

      It took me a while to get used to the work-life balance at Saviynt. However, once I could set realistic boundaries for myself and realistic timelines for projects, the WL balance is no longer an issue. Saviynt encourages its employees to have that balance. They've announced more company holidays, unlimited vacation, ON Days, and a lot of team socials.
