      Pros

      Saviynt is a great place to learn, grown and push yourself. You are given the space to try things, make mistakes and improve without fear. One of the best parts is the direct access to the leadership team - you get to learn from them, collaborate closely, and share your ideas openly. The culture is genuinely inclusive and supportive, and you always feel like your voice and contributions truly matter. If you enjoy ownership, accountability, problem solving and working in a place, where your contributions make a visible impact Saviynt gives you that platform. People from HR are also very much open to new ideas and they are one click away from supporting you and getting your concerned sorted.

      Pros

      Great place to work with supportive managers and a collaborative team. Work-life balance is solid, and I’ve learned a ton. Some processes could be more organized, but overall a really positive experience.

      Solid Company with Growth Opportunities and a Few Challenges
