      Pros

      I'm now over 1 year in and feel confident in what I'm seeing with Saviynt. Having spent 30 years in the industry this is the first time I can say I'm working with a top shelf team from CEO to first line worker. One thing I always look for is culture from top down. Is what is being said in C suite match what is actually being expected. Do leaders really have an open door policy? Are they open to feedback to help get better. I can honestly say here at Saviynt that is the case..it's been a beath of fresh air. Leaders go out of their way to solicit 360 feedback on how Saviynt can be the best.

      Cons

      All companies have their quirks. Saviynt is no different but nothing alarming or odd.

      Great Company - Lots of Momentum

      -Strong product-market fit. Growing demand for SaaS cloud identity platform. - Recently assembled new management is strong compliment to existing team: focused on customer outcomes, employee satisfaction, and corporate execution. - Increasingly beating SailPoint head to head. - Management very clear they are in it for the long haul and laser focused on being next category leader. - Strong interest from global and leading regional SIs. Partner community very engaged in building Saviynt solutions.

      Cons

      - Marketing needs to build better public awareness of strong company momentum.

      Fast moving and fast changing - you have to be technically strong and results oriented.
