      One Word - TOXIC!

      Pros

      Pay is good, Some really good people getting the work done. Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      There is no leadership at this company. It is the worst siloed organization I have ever worked with. There is no cooperation across departments. No one cares how changes will impact you or your customers. Goals are a moving target from week to week. Dishonesty is rampant internally and externally. You will work a crazy number of hours on things that won't matter in the end.

      Organization is making the right investments to grow and win the market. You can still make a difference and shaping the future of the company. Work on a winning product in its category.

      Cons

      Not all processes are in place as expected, so you need to be ready to create, build, and improve things. There's a lot to be improved, not a con, but candidates must see that as an opportunity in order to fit in.

      Toxic Work Culture with No Work-Life Balance

      Pros

      Unfortunately, I struggled to find any meaningful positives during my time here. Despite my best efforts, the constant stress, lack of recognition, and unhealthy work environment overshadowed any potential benefits.

      Cons

      Constant pressure and unrealistic expectations, with no regard for individual bandwidth No recognition despite timely delivery of every single assigned task Variable pay was 0 even after months of over-delivering Management repeatedly brought up ownership concerns but never provided constructive support Mentally draining environment with micromanagement and shifting blame Health issues and emotional burnout due to the toxic culture No empathy even during medical or personal emergencies Collaborating with backend and UX teams was self-driven, yet the effort was ignored Despite voicing concerns to management, there was no change in attitude or structure
