      Extremely Hostile Workplace & Culture

      Pros

      1. Great employees who consistently try hard to meet impossible & unrealistic expectations put upon them by "leadership". 2. The product is innovative and has slick features. 3. "Management" is very skilled and consistent at bullying & Harassment.

      Cons

      They built a conceptually great product that is EXTREMELY unstable with focus only on sales & release velocity rather than quality. Notice all good reviews are from top level leadership roles? The workers in the trenches are harassed, humiliated & bullied by leadership and expected to work 24/7. I wasn't one of them because I won't stand for it but had to witness it daily. Leadership is recruited from a pool of friends and none of them have actual leadership skills.

      Decent Pay Great Product Strong Industry Positive Outlook overall

      Cons

      Always On not really "Unlimited PTO" No collaboration, worst I've seen. Lots of greedy people who want control. "CYA" everywhere. Leadership is so disconnected from this and doesn't seem to care that much about the average employee. Leaders, VPs, Directors spend so much time arguing with each other that they'll never make progress on simple processes and choices.

      Joined very recently and I feel I'm at the right place at the right time. Job role is super challenging with great pay/benefits.

      Cons

      Collaboration between teams can be much more better.
